I am an Assistant Professor in Organizational Behavior and Theory at the Tepper School of Business, Carnegie Mellon University. I received my PhD in Sociology from Stanford University. 

My program of research investigates how heterogeneous information affects communication patterns, individual strategies, and performance outcomes. To shed light on the interaction of information and network relations, I employ a variety of methods, including content analysis, historical data, and experimental approaches. Substantively, my main areas of focus are organizational processes, market fraud, and entrepreneurship.
